Donation to humanitarian services of Red Cross is 50% Tax Exempted U/S. 80G of Income Tax Act.

Red Cross is humanitarian Organization functioning independently with the sole aim of rendering humanitarian services to the poor & needy and especially to the most vulnerable sections of the Community without discrimination of the color, creed, religion, region of the beneficiaries. For meeting expenses, it accepts donations in cash and in kinds from the Philanthropists-Institutions & Individuals.

You may donate for:

Helping disabled persons for supply of artificial limbs. All kinds of artificial limbs are prepared at Red Cross Ortho Centre using Otto Bock German Technology and other modular technology which give full functioning. The options are as below,

• Thalassemia Prevention, care and support Programme.
• Disaster Training Programme, preparedness, relief and rehabilitation etc.
• First Aid Training, Basic Life Support Training and CPR training to the communities
• Junior Red Cross in Schools and Youth Red Cross in colleges.
• Physiotherapy and Cerebral Palsy Centre,
• Cervical Screening and Mammography of women.
• Anaemia eradication programme
• Senior Citizen Home for food support and other support to senior citizen.
• For distribution of medicated mosquito nets to pregnant women in slum areas.
• Clothes (unused) for children, ladies and gents for relief during disasters like Floods, Cyclone and Earthquake.
